Those looking at the scheme for the first time should read all the information on this initial section. Further details of the individual modules are available, as well as the dates. The jobs are described on “SHO Posts” area and give a brief description on each job. The availability of any particular job is indicated in the deanery vacancies link in the “how to apply” page. SHO’s can use this overview to refresh their knowledge of the basics of the scheme including study leave arrangements and mentoring arrangements.

Registrars should use the “GP Registrar Training” section to assist in some of their training, particularly relating to the VTS including study days, residential and membership examinations.
